By accessing SolidNote Studio’s website and courses, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Course access and license

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non‑transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may use your own handmade outcomes commercially. You may not resell, share, or redistribute course files or templates.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD. On‑demand courses include a 7‑day refund window if you have not downloaded all templates. Live cohorts may be refunded up to 48 hours before the first session. To request a refund, contact us via the Contact page.

5. Acceptable use

• No attempts to access or share content you have not purchased.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with site functionality.
• No posting of unlawful, harmful, or infringing content in community spaces.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, text, and templates are owned by SolidNote Studio or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. We share best practices, but results depend on your materials, tools, and technique.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolidNote Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
